One Sentence Journaling

I've been feeling disconnected from my blog as of late. It's for a variety of reasons, including being WAY too busy (or so it seems), a lack of inspiration and a worry about being "found". The situations and issues that I want to write about could very easily be connected to what has just happened in class, or on a topic that I've spouted off about at break to a new acquaintance. However, I'm going to put that to the side for now and deal with it as it comes.

What has brought me back here is a post by Leslie from wonderfully named The heART of Social Work. In it, she describes an idea to keep a one sentence journal; even to attach a picture with it. Her inspiration came came from THIS POST, which gives a bit more description about how to use it.

So whether this inspires me to do the same is still in question. I have A LOT to write about, but I'm still trying to figure out what and how much of it should be written. At the very least, Leslie's post inspired me to write this post, didn't it?

Thank you for this honor! You DO have a lot to write about and hope that you reconnect with your blog. I love how blogs create online connections that extends our physical (i.e. "real" world) capacity and helps us do our work.

We both need to give a "shout out" to Social Work Blogs http://www.socialworkblogs.info/ for creating this opportunity to connect (with our blogs) and with new colleagues! :)
