Makin' Things Pretty

Well, I think I'm done messing around with the layout of this blog (for now).

I love the minima style, but there were some things that I just didn't like and wanted to change. I wanted a different banner. I wanted something separating the posts from the sidebar. I wanted some uniqueness. Done, done and done. :)

There are some quirks that bother me, still.

Every now and again, my blog roll will start messing around. I have the settings so that the blog name is there along with the last update. Sometimes the update time will disappear, sometimes the whole blogroll will disappear. It's very frustrating. I guess I'll have to poke around some help sites to figure this one out.

Another frustration I have is that I'd like to move the comments link up to the right side of the blog post and have been unable to figure out how to do that. Another thing I'll have to poke around for.

I would like to thank those of you that do come here to peek around and contibute. It's always great to have different perspectives and comments from people.

I have been veering on a edge of a redesign for ages. I like your blog with the timestamps on it! I don't think I can get a similar thing up and running on WordPress. When I have the nerve, I might start playing around with settings.. anyway, it looks good!

ooo I like the top! My blog is not very creatively layed out at all. I like the colour pink, so it's pink and purple. I just went with everything default. I keep meaning to find a picture or something for the top, but nothing has come up for me that is quite right...

I actually kind of regret not using wordpress. I've heard great things about it and how easy it is to play with it. I even registered at wordpress, but was more familiar with blogger, so I went with it. My first blog was a while back under a different name, and I played a lot with setting then. It can be fun, but it can also be frustrating.

@ Still Dreaming...if you find an image you want to use and are able to explain what you want, I might be able to work on a banner for you in the future. Let me know. :)
